How do I check apartment availability online?
Our website lists current availability for all floor plans. You can also contact the leasing office to inquire about units not yet posted online.
Can I apply for an apartment directly through the website?
Yes! any adult 18 and over needs to complete an individual application. We do not accept combined applications
What is the application process?
To apply, complete the online application, provide necessary documentation (proof of income, identification), and pay the application fee. Once approved, you’ll receive a lease agreement to review and sign.
Is there a waiting list for certain unit types?
Certain floor plans may have limited availability. If your preferred unit is unavailable, our leasing team can add you to a waiting list and notify you as soon as a unit opens.
Are leases short-term or long-term?
We offer flexible leasing options, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months. Longer-term leases may be available—contact the office for more details.

Do units come furnished?
Units are generally unfurnished. Furnishing options may be available through third-party providers—please inquire with the leasing office.

Security deposits vary based on lease terms and credit approval. Typically, the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Closed Saturday and Sunday. Hours may vary on holidays.
